SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES:

We are proud to offer international shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES:

CalmCanal is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.

 

CUSTOMS:

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees depending on your country of destination.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can also check the "Track your order" page to get more details and shipping history information.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT":

For some shipping companies, it takes 1–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us at info@calmcanal.com.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
